Grom the Paunch

Grom the Paunch is the single greatest warlord the goblin race has ever produced, which the orcs find deeply and permanently offensive. Grom rose from an ordinary bad-tempered goblin to a monster of appetite and cunning after eating something he should not have, a portion of troll-tainted food by most tellings, which left his gut forever churning and his body swelling to a size no goblin has any business reaching. Rather than kill him, the affliction made him unstoppable: too huge to bully, too shrewd to outwit, and driven by a hunger that could only be answered with conquest.

He united squabbling tribes into the largest goblin horde in history, crushed all who mocked him, and did the truly unthinkable for a greenskin, he built ships. Grom's Waaagh! sailed clean across the Great Ocean and made landfall upon Ulthuan itself, where he burned a swathe through the high elves' sacred realm, defied their heroes, and desecrated ground no invader had ever reached before vanishing back into legend. No greenskin has come close to matching the feat since, and Grom's name is spoken among goblins with an awe usually reserved for the gods.
