Rat Ogres

Rat Ogres are the flesh-forged monsters of Clan Moulder, hulking abominations bred and butchered into shape in the horrific packmaster-pits of Hell Pit. Part rat, part ogre, part whatever the Master Moulders spliced in on a whim, each is a slab of overmuscled ferocity with jaws that shear bone and claws that open armour like ripe fruit. They possess just enough brain to recognise their handlers and to understand that everything else in sight is to be torn apart.

Because they are as apt to turn on their own side as the enemy, Rat Ogres are driven to war by Packmasters wielding warp-goads and cruel prods, steering the beasts toward the foe and lashing them onward. Loosed into an enemy line they are devastating, scattering ranks of infantry and dragging down horses and monsters alike. Clan Moulder breeds them by the thousand and hires them across Skavendom, for there is always a warlord willing to pay for a caged unit of living catastrophe.
