Knight Magaera

The Knight Magaera is a Questoris Mechanicum war-engine, one of the rare and archaic patterns bound to the Dark Mechanicum and turned against the Imperium that forged it. Sheathed in an ion aegis that flares to turn aside incoming fire, the Magaera advances behind a wall of shimmering energy, closing to unleash its phased plasma-fusil and the fearsome lightning cannon whose arcs leap from foe to foe. In its great hekaton siege claw it seizes and crushes tanks and Knights alike, tearing them apart with contemptuous strength. Where the standard traitor Knights are ruled by daemonic fury, the Magaera is a colder horror, its machine-spirit rebuilt by heretek adepts into a thing of remorseless, calculating malice.
