Razorwing Jetfighter

The Razorwing Jetfighter is the aerial predator of the Drukhari kabals, a sleek and vicious craft whose silhouette is all knife-edges and cruel angles. It exists to seize command of the skies above a raid, sweeping ahead of the descending host to butcher enemy aircraft and soften the ground defences before the slavers arrive to claim their prizes.

Beneath its scything wings it carries a payload of missiles, each tipped with a different agony, from splinter clusters that shred flesh to monoscythe and necrotoxin warheads that kill with esoteric cruelty. Nose-mounted dark lances or disintegrators let it gut heavier prey, and the whole craft is so swift that its victims often register only a shriek of engines and a shadow before the darkness takes them.

Razorwing pilots are aces steeped in the same casual sadism as their kin, prizing the artful kill above the efficient one. They toy with slower aircraft, herd fleeing infantry into the open, and savour the terror they sow, for to the Drukhari a battle is not merely won but relished, every death a small draught of the suffering that sustains their withered souls.
