Corsairs

Corsairs are the sea-reavers of the druchii, the crews of the black arks and raiding-ships who fall upon the coastlines of the world to burn, plunder, and enslave. They fight wrapped in cloaks of gleaming sea-dragon scale, proof against blade and weather alike, and wield wicked draich-blades and hooked crossbows suited to the close butchery of a boarding action. Bold, brutal, and greedy, they are the very image of the druchii terror at sea: a horizon of black sails, a village aflame, and a column of weeping captives dragged down to the ships before the morning is out. In pitched battle they form aggressive, hard-hitting infantry, eager to get among the foe where their long experience of murder tells. The Corsairs live for the raid and the plunder it brings, and every coast within reach of Naggaroth's fleets has learned to dread the sight of them.
