Celestial Hurricanum

The Celestial Hurricanum is a war-altar to the science of the stars: a great wheeled orrery of spinning brass spheres, astrological charts, and crackling crystal, drawn to battle by armoured horses and crewed by an astromancer of the Celestial College. From its swaying platform the wizard reads the turning heavens and bends them to war, calling down a storm of blazing comets that hammers the enemy ranks and sets the very sky ablaze. Around the engine the air thrums with celestial power, sharpening the aim and stiffening the courage of every Imperial soldier who fights in its shadow. The Hurricanum is fragile for all its majesty, a slow and conspicuous target that draws every enemy gun, but a general who fields one commands a fragment of the heavens' own wrath, and the sight of comets falling upon the foe has broken armies before a single blade was drawn.
