The Webway

The Webway is a vast, labyrinthine network of trans-dimensional tunnels constructed in ages past, existing in the liminal space between realspace and the raw Warp. Its winding corridors allow travelers to cross unimaginable distances without ever exposing themselves to the full fury of the Immaterium, shielded behind walls of psychoplastic that hold the daemon tides at bay.

The Webway was the crowning achievement of the Aeldari at the height of their empire, and it remains their birthright. The craftworld eldar navigate its shifting paths to strike where they are least expected, while the Harlequins dance along its hidden ways as its self-appointed guardians. In its darkest depths lies Commorragh, the shadow-city of the Drukhari, a sunless realm of eternal cruelty tucked away where no god may find it.

But the Webway is broken. When the great fall came, daemons breached its seals, and now countless passages are shattered, sealed, or infested with horrors. Whole sections have collapsed into the Warp entirely. To walk the wrong path is to be lost forever, or worse, to be devoured.
