The Legion Javelin Attack Speeder extended the White Scars' hunt into terrain that even their bikes could not master, skimming over ruin, river, and chasm to keep the V Legion's relentless pressure upon a reeling enemy. Heavier-gunned than a common land speeder, the Javelin carried lascannon and missile to hunt armour and heavy weapons, its crews darting in to loose a killing volley before banking away untouched: the feigned flight and sudden return that lay at the heart of Chogorian war. Jaghatai Khan's warriors flew them as they rode their bikes, with an instinct for speed and space that turned every pass into a lesson in why the storm cannot be caught.
