Bloodthirster

The Bloodthirster is the greatest of Khorne's daemons, a towering avatar of wrath and slaughter that embodies the Blood God's fury made manifest. Winged and monstrously muscled, its bestial head crowned with great horns, it wades into battle wreathed in the heat of its own rage, wielding a vast axe in one hand and a lashing whip of fire in the other. Where it treads, armies break; for few creatures in the mortal world, be they knight, monster, or hero, can survive a single blow from a greater daemon of Khorne.

A Bloodthirster is the wrath of a god given form and set loose, and it fights with a savage, exultant joy, roaring challenges as it hews champions apart and hurls their bodies aside. It disdains sorcery utterly, trusting to axe and claw and overwhelming might, and it seeks always the mightiest foe on the field, that its master might be honoured by the greatness of the skulls it takes. To face one is to stand before slaughter incarnate.
