Imagifier

The Imagifier is a living reliquary of the Adepta Sororitas, a Sister entrusted to carry the simulacra imperialis, sanctified icons, censer-wreathed effigies, and images depicting the martyrdoms and miracles of the Order's blessed saints. She is a keeper of memory and a kindler of zeal, and in battle she recounts the deeds of the fallen faithful, holding aloft her holy burdens so that all may look upon the glory of those who died for the Emperor. The effect upon her sisters is profound: witnessing the sacred imagery, hearing the sagas of saints, the Battle Sisters are seized by a fervour that borders on the transcendent, their fear consumed by the certainty of divine purpose. The Imagifier herself fights with grave dignity, for she embodies the continuity of faith that stretches back through ten thousand years of martyrs. To the Sisterhood she ensures that no sacrifice is forgotten and no act of devotion made in vain, transforming the memory of the dead into a weapon for the living.
