Aleya

Aleya is among the most storied warriors of the Sisters of Silence to walk the galaxy since the order's long decline, a Knight-Centura whose deeds have carried her from forgotten war-zones to the very steps of the Golden Throne. Like all her sisters she is a pariah, a Null whose absent soul unmakes the powers of the witch, but Aleya's anti-psychic presence is potent even by the standards of that dread sisterhood, a suffocating void that snuffs out sorcery like a candle in a gale. Bound by a lifelong vow of silence, she has not uttered a word in longer than most mortals live, speaking instead through the wordless battle-cant of her order and, more eloquently still, through the strokes of her executioner blade. In the shadowed intrigues that surround the Throneworld she has fought beside the Adeptus Custodes, an uneasy but unbreakable alliance of gold and silence, and together they have turned aside threats that would have unmade lesser defenders.
